Holding onto Scripture in a Sea of Hate
Today’s scripture id like to begin with 2 Chronicles 7:11-22
The Lord Appears to Solomon
11 When Solomon had finished the temple of the Lord and the royal palace, and had succeeded in carrying out all he had in mind to do in the temple of the Lord and in his own palace, 12 the Lord appeared to him at night and said:
“I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for myself as a temple for sacrifices.
13 “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, 14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. 16 I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.
17 “As for you, if you walk before me faithfully as David your father did, and do all I command, and observe my decrees and laws, 18 I will establish your royal throne, as I covenanted with David your father when I said, ‘You shall never fail to have a successor to rule over Israel.’
19 “But if you[a] turn away and forsake the decrees and commands I have given you[b] and go off to serve other gods and worship them, 20 then I will uproot Israel from my land, which I have given them, and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. I will make it a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples. 21 This temple will become a heap of rubble. All[c] who pass by will be appalled and say, ‘Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’ 22 People will answer, ‘Because they have forsaken the Lord, the God of their ancestors, who brought them out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them—that is why he brought all this disaster on them.’”
After reading this passage this morning in the tub, it got me to thinking about how the people who still identify as Jewish are very upset about the destruction of the Second Temple, and I can see how they would interpret such things (even though this particular reading was about the first temple) as justification for all the horrible things they are doing globally, primarily targeting Christian Europeans as of now.

While meditating on holy scripture, it put me in a place of love, but the second I go on Twitter, I’m bombarded with nothing but hate and temporarily rewired that way, and even if the hate is justified, being equally as vile as those claiming to be Jews won’t change anything; we will just continue to repeat these patterns, the very patterns Jesus taught us and gave us the keys to break free from.
That’s the difference between the fulfilled full revelation of God, which is Christianity, vs. the partial, which is Judaism. Christians are called to love; that’s our power. Being sitting ducks for the FBI and the Jewish mafia is not.
We can definitely expose them and discredit them, as we should, but we should also do it in a way that makes Christ appealing and use holy scripture to hold them accountable.
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, and it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.” https://www.bible.com/bible/111/1CO.13.4-8.NIV 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Just understand that they too believe they are on the right path for God, some of them anyway, enough of them to where the fighting between us and them is clearly being driven by demons.

The same with all the racial stuff, it’s very disheartening to see people I used to really care about reveal they feel a certain way about me because of my skin color. Again, the response to this from a Christian perspective should be out of love and empathy. That being said, there is nothing wrong with confronting different types of people’s poor behaviors.
Daniel Penny Verdict: A Call for Unity and Reflection
I spent many years of my life very sick and experienced a miracle from God that made me well. Because of that, I know what it’s like to be close to death and to focus more on eternity than this life. As my life improved and became completely normal, the challenges and bumps in the road gradually took away some of the childlike innocence in my faith. But…

Why would I, as a White person with a son, want to be around people who make it clear they don’t value my life or hold a grudge against me, or act aggressive and disruptive in public places? This is something those communities should be addressing on their own; they can choose the path of holding grudges and destroying neighborhoods, or they can learn to take up Christian values, and we can all live in harmony. For this reason I share their behaviors on social media, not because I’m racist, but because I want them to understand why White people don’t want to be around the negativity anymore.

Obviously there are other influences and paid influencers who are agitating and the disdain.
Also, I didn’t enslave them; we were all groomed in the public school enslavement system together. We were fed the same but slightly different propaganda. It’s the same thing, though, just a different angle of it, so I also understand that many won’t be able to hear anything I’m saying because of the hard-lined programming that’s involved; they will say I’m not listening as well. However, when it comes to protecting my family and the overall moral compass of society, those virtues come first, so I hear them, but I’m choosing to walk away because it’s not worth the risk.

Another thing, if I went to Russia, for instance, I would assimilate to Russian culture; I would, as a guest, try my best to obey their laws and customs. Sure, I can bring certain aspects of my culture to their countries, but ultimately I’m in their country, and even if I had children who were born there, and 3 generations go by, that still isn’t long enough to go around and tell them how they should be doing things differently. Russia is centuries old and has traditions that are none of my business, even if asked to try to change them. So, I find it odd how so many people from other countries run for political offices in the US and other places where it’s not their natural birthright or heritage. It’s obvious that outside influences are propping them up and paying for their campaigns to push divisive rhetoric. We all know who is doing it. Again, focus on Christ, follow his teachings, abstain from sin, yet expose the people who are doing this and shine a light on their wickedness. It may seem like a struggle now, but if we do what’s right the best we can in the sight of God, God will deal with these people, especially because I don’t believe they are actually Jewish. I truly believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus, followed by the destruction of the temple prophesied in the book of Daniel, which marked the end of the Jewish age. Something that was so important that it said, “Let the reader understand,” lol. The lesson of the fig tree, and so much more, was very clear: that the modern-day Jews, the real Jews, are the visible Christian church.
New International Version
“His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation.”
Daniel 11:31
Abomination of desolation
Apocalyptic biblical phrase in the Book of Daniel
Summary
“Abomination of desolation“ is a phrase from Daniel’s final vision in the Hebrew Bible (Daniel 11:31), which was later identified with the pagan sacrifices with which the 2nd century BC Seleucid Emperor Antiochus IV Epiphanes replaced the twice-daily qorban in the Second Temple, or the altar of sacrifice on which such offerings were made.
In the 1st century, it was taken up by the authors of the gospels in the context of the Roman destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple in the year 70, with the Gospel of Mark placing the “abomination of desolation” into a speech by Jesus concerning the Second Coming. It is widely accepted that Mark was the primary source used by the authors of the Gospel of Matthew and of Luke for their parallel passages, with Matthew 24:15–16 adding a reference to Daniel and Luke 21:20–21 describing the Roman armies (”But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies...”); in all three the authors likely had in mind a future eschatological (i.e., end-time) event, and perhaps the activities of some antichrist.

The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times
13 As Jesus was leaving the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Look, Teacher! What massive stones! What magnificent buildings!”
2 “Do you see all these great buildings?” replied Jesus. “Not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”
3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John and Andrew asked him privately, 4 “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are all about to be fulfilled?”
5 Jesus said to them: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 6 Many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and will deceive many. 7 When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 8 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.
9 “You must be on your guard. You will be handed over to the local councils and flogged in the synagogues. On account of me you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them. 10 And the gospel must first be preached to all nations. 11 Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
12 “Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death. 13 Everyone will hate you because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.
14 “When you see ‘the abomination that causes desolation’[a] standing where it[b] does not belong—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 15 Let no one on the housetop go down or enter the house to take anything out. 16 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 17 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 18 Pray that this will not take place in winter, 19 because those will be days of distress unequaled from the beginning, when God created the world, until now—and never to be equaled again.
20 “If the Lord had not cut short those days, no one would survive. But for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them. 21 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe it. 22 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 23 So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.
24 “But in those days, following that distress,
“‘the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
25 the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’[c]
26 “At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. 27 And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens.
28 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 29 Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that it[d] is near, right at the door. 30 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

Cursing of the fig tree
Incident reported in the Bible
Overview
The cursing of the fig tree is an incident reported in the Synoptic Gospels, presented in the Gospel of Mark and Gospel of Matthew as a miracle in connection with the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, and in the Gospel of Luke as a parable. The image is taken from the Old Testament symbol of the fig tree representing Israel…

Jesus Curses a Fig Tree and Clears the Temple Courts
12 The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13 Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. 14 Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard him say it.
15 On reaching Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple courts and began driving out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves, 16 and would not allow anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts. 17 And as he taught them, he said, “Is it not written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations’[a]? But you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’[b]”
18 The chief priests and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking for a way to kill him, for they feared him, because the whole crowd was amazed at his teaching.
19 When evening came, Jesus and his disciples[c] went out of the city.
20 In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots. 21 Peter remembered and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has withered!”
