My once beloved go-to option for creating social media accounts that required non-VOIP verification, seems to have taken a turn for the worst.
These complaints are all very relatable. I've decided that instead of wasting my energy trying to get my phone to work, I'm just going to put the info out there and put it to rest.
my boyfriend has called & talked to about 10 different @Tracfone @tfwirelessInc customer service reps & his issue hasn’t been resolved for 3 days. what gives??

it’s literally a cycle of the same questions from these people & my boyfriend gives the same responses & nothing ever happens. this is getting outrageous. @Tracfone @tfwirelessInc

Don’t buy an iPhone from @tracfone unless you want to dedicate days of your life to trying to get help from customer service that never gets it done because of tracfone system misidentifying SIM cards they send you.
@tracfone charges to return an iphone they sent me which wont work on their network because of their inability to correctly id a physical sim. You can point this out to the “help” folks but they won’t actually help you.

The resolution is that they are not going to do anything about it and don't care that I have receipt, sim card, serial number, box the phone came in, instructions I followed exactly. 6 hours, 6 different operators.
